Claudia C. Fisher is not just another tax preparer.  She has earned the designation of Enrolled Agent from the Internal Revenue Service.  This means that Ms. Fisher is a federally-authorized tax practitioner with specialized expertise in taxation issues.

Ms. Fisher earned her Enrolled Agent's license by passing a rigorous suite of examinations administered by the IRS.  She maintains her status through at least 72 hours of training, reported every three years.

In addition to other services offered by her firm, as an Enrolled Agent,  Ms. Fisher is qualified to advise on and to prepare business or individual returns, and to represent her clients before the Internal Revenue Service.

All current tax returns will be e-filed, in compliance with IRS regulations.

Ms. Fisher is bound by the regulations regarding ethical conduct and limited client privilege outlined in Department of Treasury Circular 230.  This assures that confidentiality between taxpayer and Enrolled agent is maintained under certain conditions, with respect to situations where the taxpayer is being represented in cases of federal audits or collection matters.
